If you're not satisfied with your jewelry, we’re happy to offer an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Any price difference will be the customer’s responsibility, and additional shipping costs will also apply.
What if my order was lost in transit?
If your order is lost in transit, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue. However, please note that once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. All of our packages are insured for up to $200.
